| After Walsh Realty has gathered all the information for your property we will start all your marketing for the property. You just sit back, relax and let us work to find a quality tenant for your rental property. When a renter decides to apply for your property, you will be notified immediately and we will discuss the renter's application information. When the application is approved we will schedule a meeting with renter and owner to sign the lease and transfer first month's rent and security deposit. It's that simple! |

| No complicated math. No hidden costs. With Walsh Realty’s Find-A-Renter Service you know there will be no surprises with our pricing policy. We list your property until it is rented. When you execute a lease with your new tenant and receive your security deposit and first months rent,take a payment of 50% of the first month’s rent. You don’t owe any fees until we have found you a qualified renter that you have approved of and has executed a lease. |
