| You can also expedite the listing process by submitting your listing online. Simply create a free "Full Access" account online, then add your listing details, upload photos and submit your listing for activation. Then you can call us or you will be contacted to make arrangements to drop off the keys for your property at our office located at 5315 E Broadway Blvd Suite 212. |

| After your listing has been activated, you just sit back, relax and let us work to find a quality tenant for your rental property. When a renter decides to apply for your property, you will be notified immediately and we will discuss the renter's application information. When the application is approved we will schedule a meeting with renter and owner to sign the lease and transfer first month's rent and security deposit. It's that simple! |
