Find-a-Renter.com is the website dedicated to advertising and displaying the rental property for the Property Management division of Walsh Realty.  At Walsh Realty we know the most challenging aspect of owning your own rental property is locating and securing good reliable tenants.  Walsh Realty is a full service property management company.  In addition to full service property management we also offer an affordable, hassle free alternative to trying to find tenants on your own called our Find-A-Renter service.  With our Find-a-Renter Service Walsh Realty allows the landlord to sit back and relax while we take care of all advertising, phone calls, and showings for your property.  When a qualified prospective tenant is found, we will run the appropriate background checks on your new applicant.  After you have reviewed the background information and approved the tenant we will assist you in executing the lease.  From that point forward you take over, with no long term contracts, and no monthly fees.  You are responsible for managing the tenant and property going forward, allowing YOU to keep 100% of rental income received!

All leasing agents at Walsh Realty are fully licensed Realtors and Residential Income Property Specialists who have extensive experience in owning and managing their own rental properties.  They have been locating and securing tenants for their investment properties for years and will put their extensive experience to work for you by finding quality tenants for your rental property.

Advertising your Rental Property:
  • Digital photography used for website advertising and marketing flyers
  • Professional sign placement with riders and flyer box
  • Professional marketing flyers
  • Multiple website advertising
  • Call Screening and Showings of Your Rental Property to Prospective Renters:
  • We screen all potential renter phone calls
  • Pre-qualify potential renters
  • Schedule and attend property showings (based on listing plan, see fee schedule for details)
  • Tenant Screening for Your Rental Property:
  • Prospective renter applications completed
  • Previous criminal, rental history, evictions, liens and judgments, researched
  • Credit checked, Social Security Number validated and driver's license copied
  • Completing the renting process:
  • Provide a leasing agreement endorsed by the Arizona Association of Realtors
  • Assist Landlord and Tenant with lease execution if requested
  • Provide new renter with a property inspection move-in report
  • Provide any addendums required such as mold and lead based paint disclosures, etc…
